Pies, Tarts + More

Baked is crazy for Pies and Tarts. As fall approaches, the bakery fills up with boxes (literally piled 20 deep against a wall) with fresh from the oven Pumpkin, Chocolate Bourbon Pecan, and Apple Pies. The aromas are bewitching.

Other amazing seasonal pies appear and reappear with the availability of fresh produce, and our tarts - our gooey, salty, sweet, chocolate-y, caramel-y tarts - are reason enough to throw a party. Our pies and tarts are 9” but also available as 4” minis. All our pies and tarts are made to order.

Apple Pie

Chunks of apple, vanilla bean a splash of bourbon in a flaky pastry shell.


Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie
Gooey chocolate and pecans, dark chocolate and a taste of bourbon.


Pumpkin Pie
Classic pumpkin pie with a whole wheat crust.

Refrigerated Pies

Mini refrigerated pies in a variety of flavors: Chocolate Cream, Peanut Butter Banana Cream and Seasonal Fruits and puddings.


Butterscotch Tart
An oat graham crust with a butterscotch pudding filling and a toffee crumble topping.


Lemon Almond Meringue Tart
A lemon curd filling is poured into an almond pastry dough with a  hint of amaretto liqueur and topped with toasted meringue.


Sweet & Salty Tart
A sweet tart dough, with a fleur de sel caramel filling. Topped with a rich chocolate ganache.


Seasonal Fruit Tarts
A sweet tart dough, vanilla pudding filling and topped with seasonal fruits.


Cheesecake
Classic, New York style cheesecake with a fruit compote topping. Available on weekends by the slice or by order only.


Mississippi Mud Pie
Chocolate cookie crust, a layer of flourless chocolate cake, a layer of dark chocolate pudding and topped with whipped cream, this is not to be missed.
