From time to time at Baked HQ we like to feature a favorite customer.  Jaclyn has been baking her way through our book and recently attempted the many-stepped Sweet and Salty Cake.  It turned out great and we are happy to present Jaclyn and her glorious interpretation here:

So put your hands together for Jaclyn, and feel free to send us photos of yourself with one of your creations from our book.  If you aren't feeling up to spending so much time in the kitchen, give us a ring and we will be happy to make one for you.

I just finished making the Pumpkin Whoopie Pies that I saw you make with Martha. Oh MY! My house smelled incredible. Now, the hard part...the waiting to taste. :) I can barely stand it!!!
