Classic American Desserts Reinvented

Our latest cookbook continues the tradition of bringing classic American baked goods from our bakery to your home.  We included several new recipes from Baked Brooklyn (including our most requested recipes, like Caramel Apple Cake, Sweet & Salty Brownies, and The Aunt Sassy (a pistachio cake). 

Additionally, we unearthed some unusual gems (Grasshopper Bars, Cowboy Cookies) and revisited a few regional classics like the Mississippi Mud Pie and Black and White Cookies.

Baked Explorations contains over 75 new recipes with 40 color photos, tons of baked notes (our tips and tricks), and collected bits about the history of some of the baked goods we stumbled upon.
