Shipping Information

Payment Types
Baked accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa

Tax
Local and state sales tax is charged on orders being shipped to addresses in the state of New York.

Shipping:

General
We use UPS to ship all of our orders.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time. Please provide us with a street address.
Do not forget to include a suite or apartment number when necessary.

Signature Waivers
We would prefer that all shipments be shipped to an address where a person can sign for the delivery. In the event that the person you are shipping to has a "signature waiver" on file with UPS, Baked cannot be responsible if that package is lost, stolen or damaged by lengthy exposure to the elements.

Shipping Times
Once you place your order, we will need at least 48 hours to bake and package your order to ensure freshness. If you are ordering non-perishable goods, we will probably be able to pack and ship your order within 24 hours.

We do not ship any perishable items on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
We ship Overnight orders on Mon/Tues/Wed and Thursday (contingent on when order is received)
We ship 2 Day orders on Mon/Tues and Wed
We ship 3 Day Select orders on Mon and Tuesday only
Ground Orders are shipped at our discretion to ensure that the delivery is not kept in a Shipping Warehouse for any length of time.

If you live in (or are having your items delivered to) any of the yellow or tan areas on the map below, please choose UPS GROUND as the shipping method as the items are guaranteed to arrive either one or two days after it leaves the bakery. If you are purchasing perishable items and live in (or are having items delivered to) any of the states that are not yellow or tan, please choose either NEXT DAY AIR SAVER or 2ND DAY AIR SAVER to ensure receipt of a fresh product.


Generally Ground orders are shipped early in the week to ensure a same week delivery.

Warm Weather Delivery
We recommend 2 day or Overnight delivery for warm weather destinations (on perishable goods). We will upgrade your order as necessary in extreme heat situations.
