Look What's Happening Down South

Thursday September 4, 2008

The announcement isn't yet official,  but we thought we would share with you, dear reader, a sneak peek at our sister store in the South, Baked Charleston!  The second Baked will be located in the Historic French Quarter, just a few feet from the waterfront. We are still a few months away from a grand opening, but until then, a little something to whet your palette...

Ooh, that is so exciting! My friend brought me cupcakes from your store last year and they were SO GOOD. We definitely don't have enough really good bakeries here in S.C. Yay!

I live above an art gallery a couple buildings down and saw that the renovations were underway. I can't wait to have fresh baked goodness just a few feet away. I may need to stretch the running route in preparation!!

My husband and I live in Brooklyn and we are superfans of Baked. We visit Charleston several times a year, can't wait to see the southern-style Baked...how will they interpret the benne wafer???

I peered into your window the other day (the only one without paper). It is definitely a cute space. I can't wait until it is finished!
