12 Days of Cookies : Day Three
I’ll keep this short and sweet – like Mallory’s choice for our 12 Days of Cookies. Mallory chose turtles, because how could she not? Turtles are the true perfect union of chocolate, caramel, and nuts.

Stocking Stuffer
Due to technical difficulties, I was unable to reach Mallory for her Stocking Stuffer suggestion, but I highly suggest both a good candy thermometer (for making caramel) and a hefty amount of parchment paper (for lining pans).
