12 Days of Cookies – Day Seven

And, on Day Seven of our 12 Days of Cookies, we are back to fudge! Glorious, Penuche Walnut Fudge courtesy of Veronika.

Per Veronika: “I decided to make penuche walnut fudge. This buttery brown sugar fudge has been one of my family favorites for years. My Auntie Nina would make it for Christmas and it never lasted long. The sweet creamy texture of each bite paired with the crunchy walnuts always left me craving more.”
