12 Days of Cookies - Day Eleven

Do you have a case of The Mondays? Feeling stressed about the upcoming holiday? Bothered by the gray and wet NYC morning? Have no fear, Molly has a cure. She went and made two (not one, but TWO) amazing cookies for the eleventh day of our 12 Days of Cookies – and they are both rugelach. Yes! It’s definitely and apricot and raspberry rugelach day.

Per Molly: “My first rugelach making experience was only last year…and to be honest, I don’t think very many of them made it out of the kitchen. After all, Baked employees have cravings too. I made rugelach again this year for our Thanksgivingukkah customers and people went nuts! I’m all for bringing back a crowd-pleaser (even if only for one day). I mean, what’s not to like about these little nuggets? – fresh pastry dough paired with jam? Done and done!”

Baked will be serving Molly’s Apricot and Raspberry Rugelach all day until we run out. And if you need cookie inspiration or recipes, take a gander over here.

Stocking Stuffer

Take it away Molly “For the aspiring ice cream maker in your life I would have to recommend The Perfect Scoop by David Lebovitz. While there are many other amazing ice cream cook books out there (I love you, Jeni’s!), this one was my first. Not only is it very near and dear to me, but the recipes are incredible!”
