We Got Class

We are finally – FINALLY – launching our hands-on baking and decorating classes at Baked (Tribeca location)! And we want you to come join us.

Our first class (Feb 10th), Beauty Tips from Baked, is a decorating class. Among the many thinks you will learn: how to make a silky buttercream, how to fill and crumb coat a cake, and then how to finish your cake with a signature look (in this case, the elegant Baked swirl). But the best part: each student will leave with their very own Valentine’s Day themed cake. YES! This class is taught by the lovely and talented Annemarie – head decorator at Baked Tribeca. Our second class (Feb. 12th), Get Baked with Chocolate, is exactly as it sounds: a super deep dive into chocolate. Because, well, Valentine’s Day. You will learn (from none other than our very own super baker Nate Winner) how to make a variety of classic chocolate desserts from the Baked back-catalogue. In this entry-level chocolate class students will learn simple, but essential techniques. And YES!!!: each student leaves with samples of baked goodies and an autographed copy of the Baked cookbook of their choosing. As with our first class, this one has limited slots.
