12 Days of Cookies - Day Six
And on Day Six of our 12 Days of Cookies, Melody made Palmiers!
Palmiers are perfect. They are a holiday cookie that is both visually appealing and full of crunchy cinnamon goodness. Melody fell in love them while in culinary school and she is happy to report that have since become a family favorite (her sister-in-law is a very vocal palmier fan).
